El pedido llegó fraccionado. Sin ningún aviso. Del conjunto se recibieron tres latas, sin saber qué pasaba con el resto. Escribí a Atención al Cliente a través de la web. Lo que se envía no deja rastro ni constancia de que se ha enviado. Sin respuesta. En el registro del pedido figuraba como entregado.

Al día siguiente se recibió un segundo bulto con el resto del pedido.

Muy mala logística y comunicación con el cliente.

Los productos de Florbú fantásticos.

Burgos en Casa se ha puesto en contacto con el vendedor La Flor Burgalesa y nos comenta que desde que detectó el envío fraccionario y recibió su comentario a través de Atención al Cliente, ha intentado ponerse en contacto con usted, vía telefónica, en numerosas ocasiones sin lograrlo.
El pedido llegó fraccionado debido a un error humano en su preparación. Lamenta muchísimo cualquier molestia que le haya podido ocasionar esta situación.
Desde Burgos en Casa deseamos verle de nuevo pronto en nuestra plataforma. Gracias por su confianza.
