En el transporte se dañó la unidad externa, y después de hablar con atención al cliente, lo solventaron enviándome otra. Eso sí, hay que seguir las instrucciones al pie de la letra en cuanto a la recepción del pedido, para que puedan realizar las reclamaciones oportunas a la empresa transportista.
Por otra parte, destacar la atención personalizada de Javier, que se ha encargado de todo, de principio a fin.
Muy recomendables.
