El paquete llegó dentro de fecha, pero con respecto al envío de la factura del producto, todavía estoy esperando respuesta por parte de la compañía. Me descargué la factura en pdf desde mi área de cliente. Es en este documento donde figura textualmente que " recibirá su factura de compra desde [email protected]". Bien, pues al pasar los días escribí a dicho correo y todavía estoy esperando saber algo acerca mi factura de compra. Espero que a través de este comentario pueda recibir noticias del estado de la cuestión. Un saludo.

¡Hola! Gracias por valorarnos. Elegiste "recibir factura en papel" por lo que la factura electrónica, por email, no ha sido enviada. Si deseas que se te envíe nos tienes que enviar un email a la dirección que nos indicas solicitando la factura electrónica según la Ley 3/2014. Lamentamos las molestias pero decidiste expresamente recibirla en papel y se envío por correo ordinario por correos. Muchas veces se extravían las cartas, podemos volver a enviartela si así lo deseas en papel o bien por email, como prefieras. Un saludo!

Es la primera vez que compro en Clima precio y la atencion recibida muy buena tuve que llamar varias veces y me atendieron muy bien volvere a comprar cuando necesite algo sin lugar a dudas, el aire acondicionado me lo dejaron en el piso sin problemas la maquina buena maquina la conozco y sin problemas, espero no se averie para poder hablar del servicio pos venta en general contento.
