Una experiencia inmejorable. Andaba buscando un aire centralizado por conductos. Me gusta indagar por internet sobre productos y proveedores. Valore varias tiendas y me quedé con Climaprecio. Te atienden desinteresadamente desde el primer momento y te asesoran en lo que necesites. Sobre precios, pocas se acercan a su oferta. Aún no he montado el equipo pero seguro funciona perfectamente.
Solo me queda agradecer la labor de Javier y Verónica por su paciencia ante mis dudas y mi desconocimiento en este mundo de la climatización. Envío rápido y buena gestión.
Han ganado un cliente!!!
Conste que no soy familiar ni allegado, simplemente se agradecer la claridad y transparencia en las personas.
Ya contaré mi experiencia con el equipo.

Tanto la atención recibida por parte de la tienda como la calidad del aire genial. La única pega es la empresa de reparto que después de retrasarse casi 6 días tuve que ir a una sede a recogerlo. Con lo cual no se cumplió el servicio a domicilio, pero por ellos así como como el aparato genial

Quería transmitirles mi descontento, pués compré dos radiadores el pasado 28 de diciembre y aún no me han llegado. Les rogaría me informasen, lo antes posible, sobre cuando me van a llegar y por que medio de transporte. La semana que viene he quedado con el instalador, así que necesito que me lleguen cuanto antes.

Muchas gracias por su reseña. Lo primero pedirle disculpas por su descontento. El pedido salió directamente de Rointe en Murcia a Madrid y debido al temporal de nevadas Filomena se quedó retenida la mercancía allí. Desde el día 8 de enero está retenida en Madrid. Según me comenta la agencia TDN en breve recibirá su pedido y le transmiten las disculpas. Le hemos dejado copia de los detalles del envío en su bandeja de correo. Muchas gracias
