No es una máquina a la que llamas, sino otra persona que no solo te informa, sino que se preocupa y te mantiene informado, incluso después de la llamada.

Nunca hubiera comprado una máquina de aire acondicionado como quien compra un bolígrafo en Amazon.
Pero la necesidad y el precio me lanzaron a "arriesgarme".
Después de como ha funcionado todo, me he convertido en divulgador de Climaprecio ;)
Fantastico el servicio, puntual. Y la máquina ya está funcionando (con un instalador local)
Si necesito más máquinas ya no lo dudo.

El precio me interesaba muchísimo. Pero por la urgencia de tener mi equipo anterior roto, no me lo pensé y sin investigar cómo de satisfechos estaban los clientes me lancé a la compra. Una imprudencia por mi parte.
Al final SATISFACCIÓN TOTAL: vino puntual en el primer día de la horquilla ofrecida. El servicio de entrega perfecto. Y el servicio de atención realmente funciona con respuesta casi inmediata.
Lo recomiendo totalmente.

El envío un desastre , con mala atención y entrega de producto dañado .
En lo referente a la atención al cliente ,la telefónica muy amable y eficiente , cursando de inmediato el incidente. La respuesta menos efectiva ya que desde el martes pasado no hemos tenido respuesta alguna .

Pendiente de respuesta a la queja efectuada a atención al cliente debido a que el aparato se ha recibido con golpes en el compresor, el protector de tubos roto y dos de la cuatro patas deformadas , posiblemente debido a un golpe en el transporte. También añadir que el transportista pretendía descargar en la esquina de la calle (producto muy pesado) teniendo posibilidad de acceder al pasaje hasta la puerta de casa con el camión. Al final accedió. Espero la respuesta de atención al cliente.
