La verdad es que el envío está tardando y hemos tomado la decisión de anularle la compra y reembolsarle. No entendemos por qué está tardando tanto. Envío súper rápido, creo que en dos días o tres como mucho llegó, y encima me lo subieron a la puerta de casa ( había Ascensor)
Atención al cliente inmejorable, mandé un wasap el viernes por la noche pensando que me contestarán el lunes y a la media hora resolvieron mis dudas. (Vamos, que se llevan el trabajo ahí dónde estén sin importar la hora)
Así que no se puede pedir más.
Sin duda volvería a comprar.

Manejarlo desde la aplicación cuando no estas en casa es un puntazo. (Quizás la aplicación deba mejorar, pero esta bien)

He sabido de esta empresa a través de un familiar. En principio no tenía pensado comprar a través de internet pero esta persona me aconsejó que ésta era una buena firma, además de seria.
