La atención al cliente no la he utilizado, pero si que puedo decir que han estado en contacto conmigo por mail varias veces durante todo el proceso. Te avisan de la realización del pedido, de que se ha enviado, te mandan instrucciones y por último la factura. La verdad es que funcionan muy bien.
El envío, rapidísimo. Desde que hice la compra hasta que me ha llegado a casa, no han pasado más de 3 días, y eso que lo pedí en fin de semana.

El aparato es un poco más grande de lo que yo pensaba, pero no queda nada mal instalado. Todavía no me ha dado tiempo a disfrutar de su funcionamiento, pero con la wifi y la aplicación parece bastante sencillo de controlar.

Realice un pedido de una máquina de aire acondicionado, y por motivos externos tuve que cancelar dicho pedido. Me puse en contacto con ellos, y estando a tiempo, me atendieron de maravilla, solucionando los problemas sin ninguna pega. Volveré a comprar en cuanto lo necesite.
