El transporte en fecha, lo que tendrían que avisar es que esta empresa de transporte que contratan: DP SCHENKE te deja el producto en la puerta de calle, no lo suben a domicilio. Según ellos es norma de todas las empresas de transporte, cosa que no es así.
Creo que deberían cambiar de empresa de transporte.

Hola, Nestor. Gracias por tu opinión. Lamentamos tu experiencia, pero pone bien claro en nuestras condiciones web que TODAS LAS ENTREGAS son a pie de calle. En el punto 6 de nuestras condiciones generales aparece: https://www.climaprecio.es/info/condiciones-generales donde se puede leer en negrita: "Todas las entregas son a pie de calle. La modalidad de envío que tenemos es URGENTE y los gastos los asumimos nosotros."
También puede encontrar información sobre las entregas en nuestra sección de preguntas frecuentes (FAQ) https://www.climaprecio.es/info/faq-preguntas-frecuentes -> "El envío no se sube a casa. Ninguna tienda de aire acondicionado le subirá el pedido a su casa. La entrega es a pie de calle. Verifique con otras tiendas del sector y comprobará que la entrega es a pie de calle. El transportista tiene prohibido abandonar el camión para subir mercancía."

Trabajamos además de con DB-SCHENKER, con Transaher, TDN, TSB, REDUR, etc. Las empresas de transporte de paquetes grandes como estas, no lo suben a casa. Si se desea ese servicio, se debe adquirir un servicio adicional (previo pago) de mozos de carga. Aún así, lamentamos su experiencia.
