Pedí un equipo de aire acondicionado, atención excelente y envío rápido, la única reseña es que el embalaje de una de las maquinas estaba deteriorado, por lo cual no la protegía.

La atención telefónica y la información que nos dieron nos ha hecho recomendarlo a otro instalador. Lástima del servicio de trasporte que 1º, vinieron sin avisar la primera vez, i 2º no colaboraron para subir los equipos a la planta corrrespondiente, sinó hubiera sido perfecto.

No entiendo cobrar 11 eiros al pagar con tarjeta, siendo transporte gratuito por transferencia. No lo entiendo. ¿Me lo podrían explicar?

Nuestro banco nos cobra el 1% de la transacción cuando el cliente decide pagar mediante tarjeta. Por eso el pago con transferencia va libre de gastos adicionales. El transporte siempre es gratuito, ya que está incluido en nuestros gastos. Nunca jamás pretendemos ganar más dinero con una forma de pago u otra. Nuestra misión es mantener los mejores precios. Entendemos y compartimos completamente el malestar que nos transmites. De nuevo, sentimos las molestias.

Referente al envio, la unica pega es que te lo dejan en la calle y lo tienes que subir a la casa por tus medios.
Referente a la atención por parte de ClimaPrecio Excelente.
Estos me pusieron en contacto conun montador de Torrejon y este fue el que me hizo la instalacion quedando esta perfectamente.
