Me han instalado un aparato FUJITSU ACY50ALL y todo ha sido correcto.
Lo pedí un jueves y a la semana ya lo tenia funcionando en casa.

Muy satisfecho con el equipo, el rendimiento es acorde con lo esperado. La entrega ha sido en fecha y correcta. La única pega es que no te suben el pedido a casa, te lo dejan en el portal del edificio. Si bien luego de leer las condiciones de entrega he verificado que lo ponen, considero que subsanar una cuestión tan simple, ayudaría a mejorar notablemente el servicio.

Gracias por su opinión. Las facturas solo las enviamos por correo electrónico o por vía clásica mediante carta. Lamentamos que haya tenido esta mala experiencia con nosotros. De habernos llamado justo cuando recibió el equipo, se la habríamos enviado al momento. De nuevo, lamentamos las molestias.

El transportista no puso nada de su parte, con horarios nada flexibles y además nadie ha querido hacerse cargo del aparato antiguo, Creo que siempre está incluido una cuota para el reciclaje, pero nadie ha querido hacerse cargo de la chatarra, ni el vendedor ni el instalador. ¿Es normal?

Hola, buenos días. Ante todo, gracias por dejarnos su opinión y compartirla con el resto de usuarios. Decirle que lamentamos la experiencia negativa que ha tenido con nuestro transporte. Por teléfono le dijimos que la compañía de reparto probablemente no pudiera tener horario flexible. Se lo dijimos vía telefónica y vía WhatsApp el 18-7-17. Nos comentó que habló con el reparto y le dijo "que le avisarían el día antes y una hora antes de la entrega". No recibimos ninguna llamada a posteriori suya, por lo que entendimos que todo había salido de manera correcta.

Respecto al aparato antiguo, en ningún momento nos comentó que tenía un aparato antiguo y que quería sustituirlo. De todas maneras, aunque lo hubiese comentado con nosotros, tampoco nos podríamos haber hecho cargo del mismo. Nosotros simplemente le hemos vendido la máquina, el repartidor no tiene por qué recogerle la mercancía antigua. Y respecto al instalador, aquí nosotros no tenemos nada que ver puesto que ya tenía contratado a uno. Por lo tanto, no vemos justa la valoración que nos ha dejado en la tienda. Trabajamos muy duro para que todos los clientes salgan satisfechos y lamentamos mucho la mala experiencia que ha tenido con nosotros.
