Hola, buenas tardes. Efectivamente hemos fallado, pero también puedes recalcar que te hablamos personalmente, pidiéndote disculpas por lo ocurrido tanto por email como por WhatsApp. Lo que pasó ya lo sabes, y no mentimos: enviamos a la agencia al proveedor y el proveedor rechazó la recogida a pesar de haber estado avisados y ayer nos llegó a la tienda el pedido, un sinsentido. Es algo que evidentemente, nos responsabilizamos nosotros. Ayer te pedimos disculpas y salió por correos. Esta opinión, lejos de ayudarnos nos perjudica y engrandece a las grandes empresas. Estaría bien ,si fueras tan amable, reconsiderar la opinión y entender la situación excepcional. No tiramos balones fuera, al contrario, ha sido muy mal por parte nuestra por culpa de un tercero que ha hecho mal el trabajo y te pedimos desde aquí nuestras más sinceras disculpas. Muchas gracias y de nuevo, disculpe las molestias ocasionadas
