Hola, gracias por la reseña. Tenemos fotos del envío de antes de salir y tenían algunos raspones pero lo enviamos tras comprobar los cartones y paletizado para que le llegara perfecto. Respecto al mueble que es distinto es posible que así sea, usted compra la descalcificadora con clack, el mueble puede variar pero lo que vendemos y más importante es precisamente el chip que regula el consumo de sal. He recibido el aparato de aire acondicionado rápido y en perfectas condiciones para su instalación. La semana pasada nos lo instalaron y este modelo, que es el más nuevo de esta gama, parece que es de muy buena calidad. Todavía no puedo hablar de su funcionamiento porque no lo hemos tenido encendido más que para probarlo tras la instalación.
Estoy muy contenta con el trato y la profesionalidad de ClimaPrecio.

El módulo está muy bien, te permite controlar y programar el aire desde el móvil e integrarlo con Alexa. Lo malo es que se me estropeó a los 2 meses, Climaprecio se portó estupendamente y me lo reemplazó por uno nuevo al estar en garantía.

Lo que no nos parece bien es que si eso es así como ha ocurrido y después de haber pagado el servicio, no nos llame para subsanar al momento o que directamente el mozo se haya buscado la vida.
