Pues realmente elnpedidoaun no ha llegado, me parece lamentable asi de claro, hace ya dos semana y nada, llame a ClimaPrecio y me dijeron que el miercoles dia 13 llegaba sin falta y aqui en casa sin moverme y nadie llamo y aparecio con el!

Hola, muchísimas gracias por tu opinión. En primer lugar, te pedimos disculpas por lo ocurrido con la agencia de transportes DB-SCHENKER. El sistema te avisó de que iba a ser entregado porque así se extrae esa información de la propia web del transportista. Observamos que desde que realizó la compra el 6-4 y que ese mismo día fue enviado, el 8 llegó a la provincia de destino. El 11, 12 y 13 se puede leer que salió a reparto. Esta información sale directamente de la web del transporte, no que nosotros te hayamos dicho que llegaba sin falta. El 13 nos llamaste y nos comentaste la situación. Verónica te atendió al teléfono y te indicó que íbamos a comunicarnos con Schenker. No pudimos y hemos enviado una queja para que se te entregue cuanto antes. Dejando claro que nosotros no hemos asegurado ninguna entrega, de nuevo te reiteramos las disculpas ocasionadas por el desastre de transporte. Gracias
