Hubo un problema con el envío y tuve que llamar para solucionarlo porque la máquina no llegaba, pero la atención telefónica fue grata y lo solucionaron lo más rápido que pudieron.
Lo que no entiendo es porque no mandan la documentación para la garantía que me ha pedido el instalador, ahora debo de ponerme en contacto de nuevo para que me la envíen.

Respecto al tema de la documentación para la garantía, no existe ningún documento para la garantía. La garantía del equipo es la factura emitida que fue enviada el 9/8. Si se refiere al documento del boletín de instalación según el Real Decreto 115/2017, está disponible para descargar en nuestras condiciones generales y en la ficha del producto. Un saludo
