Buen proveedor, buen equipo. Entrega en tiempo y forma, algo que es muy importante tratándose de seres vivos. Contacté con ellos por teléfono porque me equivoqué en la tramitación del pedido y me lo resolvieron en el momento. Verdaderos profesionales con los que da gusto compartir esta afición.

La verdad he quedado encantando con el envío recibido, se nota que sois profesionales y que os gusta vuestro trabajo. Me equivoqué en el pedido y lo resolvisteis al instante. Los peces (1 macho y 2 hembras) vinieron en perfectas condiciones, sin síntomas de estrés alguno y con el agua super limpia. No me costó aclimatarlos.
De veras, en esta línea sois uno de los mejores proveedores con los que he tratado y volveré a hacerlo a futuro. Por si sirve de algo y despejar dudas lo digo desde mi experiencia, llevo como 40 años con esta afición y de ellos más de 5 he tenido tienda.

Siempre tuve problemas con el mantenimiento del Helecho de Java (se me pudría o le salían algas etc) y Julián me comentó q tenía q atarlo a una piedra o a un tronco. Y mano de santo. Ahora el Helecho de Java está perfecto. Muy buen consejo !! Gracias
