No solo por culpa de la agencia de transportes que alguna vez mete la pata tambien pero sobre todo desde el almacen que hacen caso omiso a los comentario del cliente en la hoja de pedido. Como no proteger una jaula de metro pedros corectamente y llegar con cinta de la agencia para no perder los accesorios que vienen en el interior de la jaula. Ni evitar algun desconchon o golpe. Un suspenso para las personas que no embalan ni protegen bien los productos. La atención al cliente, de momento , perfecta. Y los productos, en general , buenos.
