La página web muy buena facil manejo etc el envio muy rápido pero al abrir el paquete me encuentro que no me ha venido menfolsan y terramix además de que el protector hepático lo pedí en polvo y me vino liquido luego a posteriori pedispirulina para dar brillo a las plumas bueno todavia estoy esperando respuesta y ya ha pasado una semana de que me vino el pedido espero una solución pronto si no tienen esos productos los habra similares ...

Buenas tardes,

Envíe hace unos días un mail donde comentaba que el pedido no había llegado en condiciones.
Dos de los sacos estaban mojados y rotos y los otros muy rozados, creo que la forma de entrega y el formato del embalaje, que es ninguno, no es la manera correcta de actuar. La mixtura estaba bien porque trae un saco de plástico interior que la ha protegido.
El pedido llego rápido pero la atención al cliente es inexistente ya que sobre el mail que mande con las fotos de los sacos nunca mas se supo.
