para cambios o devoluciones te contestan pero no te ofrecen el cambio del producto ya me a ocurrido en dos pedidos que te mandan algo similar a lo que pides y cuando reclamas te dicen que tambien sirve para lo que has pedido y no te ofrecen podercambiarlo me estoy pensando en cambiar de tienda
