Hola Francisco Javier.

Como le comentamos, porque si le hemos contestado previamente, Correos Express extravío su paquete y nosotros lo hemos enviado nuevamente para que no tenga que esperar más tiempo. Aprovechamos para comentarle que no es posible que lleve dos semanas esperando ya que el pedido lo hizo el día 8 sábado y salió inicialmente el día 10 lunes. Y entre el 10 y el 17 que es hoy, se le ha enviado dos veces para solucionarle el problema cuanto antes.

Pues hasta ahora, siempre estuve satisfecho con las compras a ustedes. esta vez, no tanto. Me ha llegado el producto con los precintos de cierre quitados y en su lugar una cinta adhesiva protegiendo el envase que de por sí perdía contenido. Además de llegar manchado el envase y embalaje, la ausencia del precinto no me asegura que el producto sea el original y que no esté manipulado con lo que pierdo la garantía del mismo.

Los precintos de cierre no es posible que estén quitados. Y la cinta adhesiva en el tapón la ponemos en la mayoría de los productos para prevenir pequeñas fugas o que supure algo durante el transporte. Puede estar totalmente tranquilo. No obstante si no se queda tranquilo podemos recogerlo y enviarle otro bote sin ningún problema. Puede escribirnos a nuestro WhatsApp o correo electrónico para gestionarlo.

De compra lubricantes.com no tengo queja..

Pero de esta entrega por la compañía de transporte, tengo queja porque desde que aparece en el seguimiento la primera entrega el 5 de julio, han entregado el paquete el 13 de julio por sobre saturación en la zona de reparto.
