Sentimos lo ocurrido. Esos días fueron días difíciles para las mensajerías con el temporal de nieve y sus consecuencias posteriores. Hubo muchos retrasos y paquetes acumulados que después fueron siendo repartidos poco a poco. La atención recibida al realizar la compra fue perfecta, se tramito el pedido al instante. pese a contratar el servicio de envió 24h, ha pasado una semana y aun no me ha llegado el producto.
Entiendo que el servicio de transporte es el responsable, pero es a ustedes a quien afecta la mala gestión de MRW.

Buenas tardes, sigo sin recibir el producto que compré el día 09/01 con el modo de envío de 24 horas estaría en mi domicilio, me gustaría saber porque no me ha sido entregado y cuando va a ser entregado, dado la demora en la entrega quisiera saber sí voy a ser recompensado, un saludo, gracias.

Estimado Francisco Javier.

Comentarle que su pedido no lo hizo hace dos semanas. Su pedido lo hizo el día 10 de enero domingo y salió el día 11 lunes, siendo hoy día 18, una semana exactamente.

La localidad de entrega es Madrid y como usted bien sabrá la zona ha sido compleja para los repartos ña semana pasada debido al temporal y estado de ciertas carreteras. Aunque las mismas han mejorado y se ha empezado a repartir hay muchos paquetes acumulados. De hecho el retraso con los envíos a Madrid ha sido prácticamente del 100%.

Procedemos a notificar no obstante a MRW para que le contacten lo antes posible y sentimos las molestias ocasionadas.
