Me gusto que a pesar de tener problemas al teléfono al momento me avisasteis de ello por WhatsApp y me resolvisteis las dudas.
El envío creo que ha sido inmejorable por la velocidad, lo pedí por la tarde y en casi menos de 24h lo tenia. Seguid así!

Sentimos muchísimo que el producto no haya reparado su avería. Quizá la fuga o la avería no podía ser reparada por su gravedad y haga falta llevar el vehículo al taller para ver que ocurre realmente. A veces es complicado saber de dónde proceden las fugas y a qué se deben exactamente, pero el producto si sirve y muchos clientes han quedado satisfechos con él. Sentimos que en su caso particular no haya podido ser.

Buenas tardes, solo confirmar la recepción de dicho pedido y todo correcto. Quiero manifestar mi disconformidad en el aspecto de cobrarme dos veces los gastos de envío, siendo un único porte a mi domicilio.
Aunque hiciera la compra el mismo día a diferentes horarios,. Al cotejar y gestionar los pedidos, deberían sumar al coste de la componentes, UN SOLO COSTE de Gastos de envío y no doble como me han facturado a mí, encareciendo se la compra en perjuicio del comprador, o sea se yo. Lalo demás todo correcto. Gracias.

Por mucho que hemos buscado en el sistema sólo hemos encontrado UN pedido realizado por usted y que corresponde con una placa de matrícula. No hay ningún pedido más y eso es lo que le mandamos. ¿Puede indicarnos a que dos pedidos se refiere? Es doblemente extraño porque cuando un cliente hace dos compras diferentes y nosotros nos damos cuenta, siempre contactamos con el cliente para hacer el envío en un único paquete. ¿Quizá fuera el otro pedido en alguna otra web similar? Si nos quiere dar más información en [email protected], podremos aclarar lo que le ha ocurrido.

Hice dos pedidos en el mismo día pero con diferente horario y creo que siendo el mismo porte al único domicilio, sólo deberían cobrar un único coste de gastos de envío y no como a mí que me han contado dicho importe dos veces, encareciendo se así dicha compra, por lo demás todo correcto. Gracias.
