Desastrosa la experiencia con MRW. Se empeñan a toda costa en que lo recojas en su central, y harán todo lo que sea posible para hartarte y que al final cedas. Por ejemplo, no permiten que programes tu entrega a partir del aviso (cosa muy habitual hoy día), si no estás cuando llegan -cosa normal porque no has podido programar tu entrega- te dejan un aviso con el número del envío erróneo o mal copiado. Llamas a MRW y poco menos que te come una antipática señorita, echándote la bronca por tener mal el número de envío. Cuando por fin quedas en que te lo entreguen tal día, no se presentan ni ese día ni el siguiente. Vuelves a contactar y, tras nueva bronca porque no tienes bien el número, y amenaza de que solo irán una vez más (cuando les dé la gana) y, si no estás, tendrás que pasar por la oficina a recogerlo -que es de lo que se trataba desde el principio, no nos engañemos-, por fin lo entregan con varios días de retraso. Pésimo servicio y pésima atención.

Sentimos la experiencia que ha tenido con MRW. No suele pasar pero muchas veces depende de que la franquicia de la población de destino haga las cosas con la diligencia correcta. Es cierto que MRW nos ha avisado de que está sufriendo retrasos con el gran volumen de envíos que está teniendo por las fechas próximas a Navidad. No obstante hemos remitido su queja a MRW y nos pondremos en contacto con usted en privado para comentar los detalles.

EXPECTACULAR producto!! Este es el tercer tapafugas que pruebo en mi scenic rx4, en el que perdia combustible por la bomba inyectora con el motor frio en invierno. De moment a sido eficaz, no se ve ningun rastro ni huele a gasoil, y la cosa ya parecia no tener otra solucion que reparar la bomba por la magnitud del charco en el suelo.
Lo recomiendo al 100%.
