El envio fatal,tube yo que ir hasta la oficina de mensajeria para buscar el pedido y habia muchos empleados ahi,no me lo entregaron en mi direccion porque no quisieron,fatal,fatal y fatal.

Su paquete se intentó entregar al día siguiente de que realizara usted el pedido, encontrándose ausente (hay fotografía acreditativa) a las 10:11 horas. A las 19:00 horas de la tarde, se marcó el envío como "recogerá en oficina" y al día siguiente usted lo recogió.

Malísima. Seis manos de pintura porque no cubría los neumáticos y quedaban sombras y después de secado se ha agrietado la pintura y levantada. Un desastre!

Como ya sabes, estuvimos hablando con el importador del producto, que también te llamó y a raíz de eso hemos diseñado una pequeña hoja-manual de aplicación de la pintura. Consideramos que no fue aplicada correctamente y por eso los resultados no fueron buenos, pero para solucionarlo, se te envío un bote nuevo sin cargo para que pudieras hacer otra aplicación. Esperamos que haya ido bien ya que el producto es de calidad y nunca hemos tenido problemas.

Envío muy rápido pero el producto no cumple las especificaciones. A las tres horas de secado, la pintura se ha arrugado y cuarteado. Las ruedas se han despellejado.
