Todas las veces que he comprado el envío se ha realizado a la dirección incorrecta. En la web da la opción de enviarlo al punto de recogida de MRW el cual marco cuando realizo el pedido. Es cierto que en la web se sigue manteniendo la dirección de entrega como la misma que la de facturación. Por ese motivo imagino que el pedido viene con la dirección del domicilio en vez de la de MRW. Otra cosa a tener en cuenta es la atención al cliente, es la tercera vez que dejo este comentario y no sé si se lee o no, ya que nadie me indica su lectura y toma de nota, y tampoco se solventa el problema en la web, por lo que imagino que ni se lee el comentario. Por lo demás estoy muy contento con la tienda y los productos que ofertáis.

Decirte que tienes toda la razón. Tenemos un problema que aún no hemos podido solventar y es la integración de los puntos de recogida con la generación automática de las etiquetas de envío. He mirado los envíos y efectivamente las etiquetas se generan con la dirección del domicilio. Vamos a intentar solucionar esto pero mientras tanto te rogamos que en las observaciones del pedido nos indiques que quieres que se envíe a la oficina de MRW que desees. Te pedimos disculpas por los inconvenientes y prometemos solucionarlo.

Muchas gracias Salvador.

Nos encantaría poder llegar a enviar los productos gratis pero es difícil puesto que los márgenes son escasos y el importe por una lata es pequeño. No obstante siempre estamos luchando con las agencias para intentar rebajar al máximo el coste de los envíos y poder aplicarlo al cliente final. Con pedidos algo mas grande si trabajamos con envío gratuito, puedes consultarnos si alguna vez necesitas comprar cierta cantidad de producto.
