Simplemente queríamos aclarar que el producto en su denominación no indica ninguna marca, solo anticongelante refrigerante orgánico. La foto ciertamente es de una marca en particular pero en la descripción del producto no se hace alusión a ninguna ya que por circunstancias del mercado, el producto puede ser conseguido de diferentes proveedores, siempre manteniendo las características de su descripción.

No obstante tomamos nota de su opinión y pondremos una fotografía neutra sin marca del producto.

Pues deberían ser estancos pero nos ha ocurrido en alguna ocasión que quizá por el peso que se ha colocado encima del paquete, se ha salido el líquido. Es eso que adicionalmente envolvemos la tapa con cinta para que se contenga el líquido en caso de alguna pequeña fuga. Hablaremos con el fabricante por si pudiera mejorarse el diseño del envase. El producto más efectivo que he probado para limpieza del gasoil y lubricación del sistema de inyección del coche. Lo uso regularmente y el coche lo nota bastante, el arranque en frío es lo que más noto que mejora con su uso.

No ha sido necesario usar la atención al cliente por lo que no puedo opinar al respecto. Lo que conlleva al envío del producto decir que fue muy rápido y todo en perfecto estado. El único problema es que indiqué que se dejase en la central de MRW pero en el paquete no se indicaba nada e intentaron dejarlo en mi domicilio, como no había nadie se lo llevaron y cuando fui a recogerlo a la central (sin conocer que previamente lo había intentado llevar a mi domicilio) me dijeron que el paquete no estaba allí que aún lo tenía el repartidor. En resumen, tuve que dar más vueltas para poder recogerlo con la perdida de tiempo que conlleva para la empresa de transportes como para mí.
