Envian hoja podridas, no responden a mensajes, el telefono no existe, no aconsejo comprar en esta tienda, son unos estafadores, he tenido que tirar todo lo comprado al contenedor, textualmente no se podia aprobechar nada estaba podrido, he presentado una reclamacion antes consumo no se si responderan, lo dudo mucho, por que creo que son estafadores profesionales.

El tabaco malísimo todo a trozos y lleno de palos de 100kg he podido salvar 2 cajas y el resto que son 80kg una mierda y la atención muy mala porque no lo puedo devolver no te lo recogen y además te pesan el cartón,estoy cansado de mandar WhatsApp y correo electrónico.señores yo no compro cartón a 8,58€ kg.

Muy bueno aunque agencia de transporte me dicen que me habia llamado el mensajero y logicamente estaba en otra llamada y no me entro la llamada supuesta llame a la agencia para que me dieran una expliccion y me dicen que no me va a volver a llamar otravez llame para acudir yo a 40 kilometros de mi domicilio y no me informan que no se puede pagar con trjeta tuve que ir al banco para sacar el importe mut pesimo dejar mucho que desear como seur no hay nada nunca e tenido ningun problema con seur

El pedido que he hecho se supone que es de hojas enteras, pero lo que he recibido son recortes, no hay ni una sola hoja entera. Además no pesa un kilo sino 850 gramos.
Y os mandé un mensaje para quejarme pero no he recibido respuesta.
No veo normal que pagues por una cosa y que lo que recibas sea otra y no haya respuesta.

Ni ha llegado el pedido, ni la comunicación es posible porque tardan días en contestar. Menos mal que no lo pague y elegí contrarrembolso
