Esta tienda es como si le comprases a un amigo. Tuve dudas porque hice el pedido tarde, pero en el chat me atendieron de maravilla y resolvieron mis preguntas. resultado; Pedido al día siguiente en casa. Protegido, discreto y en perfecto estado.

Hacemos lo posible porque así sea, a fin y al cabo los que estamos detrás de esto somos personas jóvenes con ambición e intentamos romper siempre esa brecha que hay entre un cliente y una tienda online para que la compra sea más real y amena. Muchísimas gracias por tu compra y confianza, el envío es algo que vamos mejorando cada día pero para rebajar la cuantía del pedido mínimo con envío gratis a domicilio toca encarecer productos del formato retail como lubricantes o cajas de 12. Preferimos compensarlo con más regalos que en este sentido sacrificar el envío que no podemos pero lo tendremos en cuenta para un futuro estudiar la situación :)

Muchas graias por tu compra y confianza en nuestra tienda. Desafortunadamente en este sentido al no llevar nosotros el paquete directamente no podemos garantizar que el transporte sea el mejor pero por eso intentamos ofrecer variedad en las opciones de envío y que el cliente pueda escoger el que mejor le convenga. No obstante si has tenido algún problema con la entrega y ha sido error de la mensajería esto es reclamable e instamos a los clientes afectados (que a veces ocurre) que reclamen porque es la única forma que podemos darles un toque de atención :)
