Hola Luis, como te comenté en su momento lamentamos mucho lo que había ocurrido, en 6 años que llevamos no había pasado nada igual y la razón fue que correos express cuando nos actualizó el contrato nos cambió el nombre en el remitente y en lugar de figurar la persona física propietaria de la empresa, apareció el nombre comercial. Afortunadamente ya está subsanado el error. Gracias de nuevo por tu compra.
