Hemos visto su opinión y le he llamado. No habíamos visto los mensajes porque por alguna razón que desconocemos no nos han entrado en nuestra cuenta de correo desde la información del pedido donde lo dejó.

Efectivamente nos quedó pendiente hacerle el reembolso, se lo hacemos ahora mismo por PayPal. Disculpa las molestias.
