En general estoy contenta pero como recomendación pondría en el paquete cuál es la parte de arriba porque me vino el paquete al revés y uno de los botes de mascarilla echo fuera parte del producto.

La verdad que son muy buenas estoy notando como mi cabello esta mejorando recomiendo el producto.
El trato al cliente es inmejorable kes doy un 10 tenia problemas al hacer el pedido llame y enseguida me lo solucionaron

Buenos dias Jose, en primer lugar pedir disculpas por no haberle llegado su envio. Nos hemos puesto en contacto con correos para saber lo que habia pasado, nos dicen, el paquete que salio de nuestro almacen el dia 3 de Dic. , tenia prevista su entrega el dia 6 de Dic. pero como usted bien sabe era fiesta, nos comentan que tanto el 6,7,8 y 9 de Dic. no hay reparto , por el puente, el paquete se intento entregar el dia 10 y nos dicen que estaba ausente, espero que hoy se pondran en contacto con usted para la entrega.

Parece que me he equivocado en el pedido, lo solicité sin amoniaco y no es efectivo para cubrir todas las canas. La próxima vez me fijaré mejor en las especificaciones, pues mi objetivo al colorear es cubrir mis canas. Gracias.

Buenas tardes Asuncion, al ser una coloracion sin amoniaco no esta destinado para cubrir completamente las canas, para ello, esta la coloracion en crema con amoniaco que en cobertura es la mas eficaz, Para el proximo pedido recuerdenos con un mensaje que le mandemos una coloracion en crema con amoniaco para que lo pruebe, siempre y cuando no sea usted sensible ha dicha coloracion.
