Voy a detallar un poco mi experiencia al comparar aquí:
- antes de hacer el pedido les llame por teléfono: el trato fue cercano y resolvieron de forma rápida y eficaz mis dudas sobre los productos. Recibí un trato exquisito por parte de la persona al otro lado del teléfono.

- el envío: por teléfono me comentó que tienen un plazo de 24/48 h por lo que pensé que vendría por correos como paquete postal normal, pero no, 24 h después de realizar el pedido lo tenía en casa por mensajería privada. ( junto con un sobre con la factura muy bien preparado y embalado )

- el producto recibido: en mi caso fueron dos metros de tela y un bote de pegamento de automoción, la calidad, textura y acabado final es incluso mejor de lo esperado por ese precio.

Conclusión: me he llevado una buena sorpresa al recibir un trato y unos productos muy superiores a los esperados. Gran relación calidad-precio. Tanto que se han convertido en mis nuevos proveedores en este tipo de artículos. ( ya tengo dos coches más para tapizar al ver el resultado final del mío )
Solo queda decir que son de esos profesionales, de los que por desgracia ya quedan pocos.
