Hola. Pues el fileteador que pedí llegó con las dos 'hojas' ligeramente desalineadas. Es decir, que aun girando el regulador, ambas hojas siempre tienen una cierta separación vertical (no entre ellas que, obviamente es el objetivo de la herramienta). En mi opinión se debe a que la perforación para el regulador no se ha hecho en el mismo punto exacto en ambas hojas, así que inevitablemente estarán desalineadas siempre. Es un regalo así que en cuanto lo entregue, el receptor me dirá si le vale o si, por el contrario, tengo que reclamar mi dinero o pedir que me envíen uno nuevo.

Buenos días:

Conforme a su comentario le informamos que no hay ningún problema en el cambio del articulo. No obstante como menciona es una pequeña deslineacion con lo que entendemos que una hoja queda ligeramente mas subida que otra, en cualquier caso entendemos que el margen es mínimo y no afectara para el funcionamiento de la herramienta.
En el caso de que el producto no sea valido por que no cumple su función correctamente no dude en comunicarnoslo para proceder a la devolución o sustitución de la herramienta.
