Lamentamos los inconvenientes que experimentaste con la entrega de tu pedido. Nos esforzamos por ofrecer un servicio de calidad y desde el primer momento en que nos informaste sobre el retraso, hemos estado en constante comunicación contigo.

Te indicamos que íbamos a solicitar mas información a la mensajería por que había un comprobante de entrega firmado y la evidencia del GPS del transportista en la dirección de entrega. El reembolso lo realizamos hace ya 10 días, aunque constaba el pedido como entregado.

Lamentamos que esta experiencia haya afectado tu percepción de nuestro servicio. Esperamos tener la oportunidad de atenderte en el futuro sin incidencias por el transporte.

Encantado con el funcionamiento y los productos. La pena es variabilidad de stock, y que haya veces que no esté disponible eso que necesitas. Pero eso habla maravillas por sí mismo. La buena atención y los buenos productos resultan en ventas = menos stock = más clientes contentos.
