Buenos días;
Pedí cartulinas normales A4 y me han llegado las cartulinas satinadas unas cartulinas donde prácticamente no se pueden dibujar ni colorear ni nada. recuerdo repasar el producto antes de pedirlo y lo pedí porque creí que eran cartulinas normales de 250gr. Una decepción la verdad tengo 500 cartulinas con las que no puedo hacer nada y no las devuelvo por no perjudicar a la tienda lo que sí tengo claro es que no volveré a pedir en esta página.
Una decepción pagar un producto que pone en la descripción que son cartulinas normales y venirte cartulinas satinadas.
Y otra cosa no pedí cartulinas estucada pedí cartulina normal.

El pedido sufrió un pequeño retraso de un día (en vez de 24h fueron 48h) sin embargo desde el mismo día de hacer el pedido me avisaron del inconveniente y me ofrecieron varias formas de recibir el pedido parcialmente en 2 entregas en esa misma semana. El producto llegó tal y como acordamos por telefono y como siempre con la misma calidad de las veces anteriores....el servicio de atención fue muy bueno!! muy contenta como siempre!
