Especial mención a José Miguel quien me atendió varias veces por teléfono. Fue muy atento y eficiente a la hora de solucionar mis dudas/incidencia; pues tuve problemas al pagar con visa ya que no me aceptaba el pago y tuve que intentarlo en varias ocasiones. Finalmente tuvimos que pagar vía transfernecia.

La disposición del producto en la web es muy buena, pedí el papel cortado en A6 y tenían una duda en el corte y me llamaron enseguida para aclararlo. Magnífica atención.

El producto ha cumplido con nuestras expectativas. Hay que decir que la cara blanca sigue conservando algo de la textura del reverso (no es blanco impoluto), pero era el efecto que buscábamos.

Envío muy rápido y embalado perfectamente. Pedí la cartulina Matérica en varios colores y se aproxima bastante el color que se ve en la web con el de la cartulina. Un poco más oscuro, pero bastante aproximado. Volveré a comprar
