El envío excelente, lo solicité un viernes por la tarde y el lunes ya lo tenía en el lugar solicitado de la entrega. En cuanto a la atención al cliente no puedo valorarla ni bien ni mal, puesto que no he tenido necesidad de contactar con la tienda., por eso, y aunque sea injusto lo valoro con un 3 sobre 5

La cartulina Pergamenta no es la que se muestra en la página web, y al recibir el pedido, nos llevamos la sorpresa. Expusimos los hechos y nos atendieron al instante por email, explicándonos cómo devolver el material que nos sirvieron con gran rápidez, pero que lamentablemente no es el que necesitamos.

Hola Nuria, no nos gusta contradecir a nuestros clientes pero te aseguramos que la Pergamenata sí es la que se muestra en nuestra web.
Otra cosa es que la fotografía no coincida en todos los monitores y tenga variaciones en la tonalidad.
Pero la cartulina Pergamenta la compramos de Italia y es la auténtica Pergamenata.
