El envío fue un auténtico desastre, si intentan hacerlo peor no les sale otra vez tan mal. GLS es lo peor, servicio costoso y entregas fuera de plazo de entrega. Si tenéis problemas con el envío llamar al teléfono de digitalpapel en el correo electrónico ni te responden.
P.D perdí un trabajo con mi cliente y gane mas de un cabreo. Si las valoraciones de otros muy buenas pero mi experiencia es MALISIMA.

No se por donde empezar, el envío fue un desastre me llegó tarde tenía que haberlo recibido un miércoles y me llegó el jueves a las 14h, perdí un trabajo con un cliente,tuve que llamar 2 veces a digitalpapel y 5 veces con gls que es el servicio de mensajeria. Es la primera vez que hago un pedido aquí, los costos de envío elevados y el porte dejan mucho no, lo siguiente por mejorar. Por otra parte, no envies correos electrónicos [email protected] no te contestan, así que si deseas reclamar el pedido mejor que llames a su teléfono. El adhesivo estucado que pedí perfecto, como perdí el trabajo quedará ahí un tiempo..
