No conocía este papel, esperaba otra cosa ya que en la descripción dice que tiene textura similar a tela. Si la tiene pero es un papel muy blando y que se arruga mucho.

El envio fue muy rapido, solo tardó un día, el problema es que yo pedí papel kraft, y lo que me mandais no es papel kraft, y por un cara es blanco.

Hola Susana, nosotros siempre enviamos los pedidos donde nos indican nuestros clientes ya que no podemos modificar ninguno de los datos que recibimos.
En nuestra web está la opción de enviar el pedido a otra dirección y en el pedido al que te refieres ese campo no lo habías rellenado.
Esto lo puedes ver fácilmente en el recibo que te enviamos cuando se realiza un pedido. Verás que no hay ningún campo en el que nos indique que hay que enviarlo a otra dirección.
Como comprenderás nosotros desconocemos los datos de envío si nadie lo indica.
