El papel es estupendo. La impresora lo coge perfectamente (en la opción papel cartulina claro), es muy manejable y el color tal cual se ve en la imagen.

No he necesitado hacer uso de la atención al cliente, pero viendo la velocidad y la eficacia de los envíos me supongo que será estupenda. El pedido me llegó más rapido que los pedidos en otras plataformas con servicios prime o premium.
