No me dejasteis cambiar el formato porque el pedido se había enviado,cuando confirmáis que el pedido llega en 24/48h,ha fecha de hoy no ha llegado,lo voy a devolver.

Hola José Alfonso, nuestros pedido se entregan en 24/48 horas. Siempre puede haber un fallo por la agencia de transportes, sobre todo en estas fechas de vacaciones. En cuanto a lo de cambiar el formato, desconozco a qué te refieres, pues los formatos con micro-corte son standar y no podemos personalizarlos. Te pedimos disculpas y lógicamente si quieres devolver el pedido no te preocupes porque puedes hacerlos. Un saludo y mil disculpas.
