Todo correcto hasta que fui gastando las primeras hojas...cuando llego a mitad del paquete de papel, me encuentro con 10 hojas que no son estucadas, sino a4 normales de unos 90 grs.

El precio del envío me parece excesivo

Hola Raquel, si nos hubieras llamado o enviado un mail te lo hubiéramos solucionado al instante. La verdad es que desconocemos qué ha podido pasar para que aparezcan 10 hojas "normales" dentro de un paquete de papel estucado.
En cuanto al precio del envío es algo que se puede ver fácilmente antes de realizar el pedido. Si además el pedido es muy pequeño, aún parecen más elevados los gastos de envío. Un saludo

Hola Anika, estuvimos 6 años (del 2010 al 2016) sin subir los precios. Los gastos de envío, a pesar de los incrementos que hemos sufrido, los seguimos manteniendo desde el 2010. Créenos que sentimos muchísimo subir los precios, pero si queremos mantener nuestra web no nos queda otra alternativa. El envío ha sido muy rápido. Pero las hojas que os pedí DIN A5 no están bien cortadas (no son todas del mismo tamaño), lo cual me ha ocasionado un trastorno en mi trabajo, pues después de imprimir me he dado cuenta del problema.
