El pedido fue hecho el 21 de diciembre en la tarde y el 22 a las 12 lo tenia en casa. Se trataba de un pedido cortado a medida y el corte fue perfecto. El paquete perfectamente protegido. Les he hecho otros pedidos y algunas veces he necesitado hacerles consultas por telefono o email. Siempre las contestaciones rapidas y el trato profesional.A la altura o mejor que la famosa tienda online en la que compramos todos.

La verdad es que es comodísimo comprar aquí, porque no hay manera de encontrar en otro sitio, los folios cortados ya en A5, el papel de muy buena calidad, la cartulina excelente, he comprado mas esta vez, porque lo utilizo mucho, volveré a comprar porque me deje cosas siempre se me olvida algo

me enviasteis unas muestras de cartulina de 300 gr con textura y sin textura. en la web no vi mas que
Conqueror Texture negro Tamaño: A4. Pedi esta pero realmente no era esta cartulina que esperaba sino la de sin textura. en el video de la web si es como la esperaba pero me ha llegado distinta con mas textura de lo esperado. pienso que quizas tendría que haber vuelto a llamaros para dejarlo mas claro. no se ya me direis

Hola Alfonso, sentimos mucho el mal entendido con las cartulinas negras. La verdad es que no tenemos cartulina negra de 300 grs. sin textura así que no sabemos cómo te la pudimos enviar. Otra vez que ocurra algo parecido, esperemos que no, nos llamas y lo arreglamos rápidamente. Un saludo.
