Buenos días:

El producto excelente, respecto al envío absolutamente lamentable.
1º 8 llamadas para intentar localizar la agencia de recepción en Zaragoza, y sin conseguirlo ya que la única opción es llamar a un 902 (tarificación especial).
2º En el envío se indicaba LLAMAR ANTES DE ENTREGARLO, ni se hizo, y tras contactar con el repartidor a la 13:00; me indica que a el no le pagan para llamar a los receptores.

Presente una queja de lo acontecido a la central de ASM.

Por mi parte, sigo confiando en DigitalPapel, pero espero que para próximos encargos se resuelvan estas incidencias.
