El papel metalizado nos ha estropeado la màquina de impressión. Ha hecho un cortocircuito y hemos tenido que repararla. Teniendo en cuenta que es una casa de digital, deberían advertir de lo que puede pasar con algunos papeles.

Hola, lamentamos mucho lo ocurrido porque es la primera vez que nos ha pasado. Como sabéis hemos hablado con vosotros para ver cómo solucionarlo y creemos haberlo resuelto.
