Perfecto!! Pensabamos que el gramaje de 250 sería más gordo, en el próximo pedido lo tendremso en centa. Muy contentos con todo el servicio! Nos llegó al dia siguiente!! Felicidades por el servicio!!!

Sentimos lo del gramaje. Tienes que saber que si nos haces un pedido, puedes solicitarnos muestras que te enviamos gratuitamente junto con el pedido. El servicio me ha parecido excelente.

A modo de sugerencia sería interesante incluir en el formulario de pedido algún campo, si no lo hubiese ya, al objeto de introducir otros datos; por ejemplo: recibir una llamada por parte de la agencia antes de la entrega.

Hola Miguel Angel, agradecemos tu sugerencia. De momento lo puedes poner dentro del recuadro "Observaciones" que aparece debajo de "Cantidad" en cualquier artículo. Igual no parece el lugar más apropiado pero todo lo que se escribe ahí va al parte de trabajo que se ejecuta en el almacén.

muchísimo demasiado empaqueta miento plástico no reciclado. papel envuelto en plástico en plástico otra ves en una caja. compré papel reciclado por razones hacia medio-ambiente. Dos veces plástico y un cartón me parece muy excesivo. Aparte eso estoy muy contento con el papel y el servicio.

la verdad que estoy encantada con el pedido, lo realicé a las 18:00 horas y por la mañana del dia siguiente ya lo tenia en la tienda, a parte de ser rapido tienen productos con buena relación calidad - precio, yo si que volveré a comprar en esta tienda si
