Buenas tardes,
Lamentablemente en el último pedido de cartulinas negras Ref. (03 702) a pesar de tener la misma referencia que en los anteriores pedidos es una tonalidad negra diferente, tendiendo a color "ala de mosca ". Estoy en medio de un proyecto y sinceramente la diferencia es muy notable. Siempre he confiado en su empresa y la he recomendado en varias ocasiones pero sinceramente ahora he quedado decepcionada.

Hola Elisabet, actualmente estamos teniendo muchos problemas para conseguir algunos papeles. La demanda supera en mucho a la oferta y esto conlleva problemas que nunca antes se habían conocido en el mundo del papel. Esperemos que esto se normalice cuanto antes para evitar todos los problemas que estamos teniendo. Mientras, te pedimos disculpas por los inconvenientes que esta situación nos está ocasionando a todos.

Me encanta esta tienda, la calidad es muy buena y la atención al cliente también. Me gusta bastante sobre todo porque aquí me cortan el papel a la medida que yo quiero, asi que no tengo que preocuparme en cortarlo yo misma. Para mi es 100% recomendable.
