terrible. We were out in spain for a couple of weeks and ordered nearly 600 euros of wine. we did this on the basis of a 1-3 day delivery. we had confirmation that the delivery was dispatched 9 days ago. the wine has still not arrived. we were given a phone number of the delivery service that was not in order. the two firms that they advised would be the chosen couriers did not recognise the tracker i was given. Disevil wines continued to guarantee me that the wine would be here 'the next day'. i tried to call yesterday and they would not accept my call however when i called from a different number, they answered immediately. this is by far the worst service i have ever received. it is very disappointing and i would 100% warn anyone against using this firm.

Good morning, we apologize for the poor service of the ontime transport company that has not made the delivery in the established time and that was in the Almeria delegation since July 23 and every day they told us that they made the delivery that same day, we have talked to you, every day and we have offered you the telephone number of the delegation to make the delivery.
For more than 10 years we have been offering our services and never before have we encountered any situation like this.
We have answered all your emails and we have been in contact with you to give you the pertinent explanations.
The fact that yesterday afternoon the phone will not be answered is because there was no one in the office, and the phone was diverted to another colleague, who attends emergencies and was attended to.

Muy buena atención al cliente, con esta situación del Covid-19 incluso se pusieron en contacto por teléfono para comentar que el envío tardaría 1 o 2 días más de lo previsto, lo cual se valora mucho la transparencia y atención al cliente.
