El envío en mi opinión debería ser por alguna empresa de transporte distinta a correos, ya que te cobran por enviar el paquete vía correos express y tarda más de lo acordado, en mi caso llevo dos pedidos y me han tardado casi una semana ambos. Pero creo que es más un problema interno de correos y no de logística de disevil. Pero creo que podría mejorar gastando otras empresas de paquetería.

Buenas tardes Carmen, después de leer tu opinión hemos contactado con la empresa de transportes, la fecha de recepción de tu pedido y el dia de salida desde nuestro almacen y los datos que nos constan son : pedido realizado el dia 18/12/2017, salida de nuestro almacen el dia 19/12/2017 depositado en la oficina de Castellón tal como solicitaste el dia 20/12/2017, aviso de recogida el mismo dia, y lo pasasteís a recoger el dia 22/12/2017. Si los datos no son correctos te agradeceré nos lo comuniques para poder hablar con CorreosExpress para agilicen las gestiones, nosotros pagamos por servicio 24/48h, segun a que hora llegan los pedidos salen el mismo dia o al dia siguiente.
