Una auténtica estafa. En la descripción destaca que son inoloras. Pero son todo lo contrario. Por más que se airee o laven siguen oliendo a goma muy fuerte. Las he tenido que quitar ya que el olor afecta a la respiración de la toxicidad que desprenden.
Descripción incorrecta del producto y sin opción a devolución.

Es el primer caso que nos encontramos de que nuestras alfombrillas huelen.
Las vendemos como inoloras ya que es lo que son.
Tenemos el almacen con miles de alfombras y no tenemos ningun problema.

Muy descontento con el trato post venta o incidencias, tuve que pedir dos alfombrillas delanteras puesto que la de el conductor sola no dejan y las pedi con un bordado concreto igual a las otras que ya tenía también compradas a esta empresa, (para llevar las 4 iguales lógico) les hable y envíe foto vía wathsapp (me dicen que por ahí no, que por la web) les hago el pedido por la web asegurándome de adjuntar el archivo de la foto (el cual me dicen que no adjunté pero que no ha podido haber ningún error informático salvo que yo no adjuntase dicha foto) y lógicamente me han mandado el bordado que les ha parecido…. Les digo que qué solución podemos tomar y me dicen que ninguna… (65€ creo que fueron a la basura) y por si queda duda de la atención que ponen en su trabajo anteriormente junto con las primeras que pedí de BMW pedí de un Focus y me bordaron las letras en la parte interna de la alfombra en lugar de la externa donde deben ir. Y también cabe destacar que en mi modelo ellegance no te ponen protección de talones porque dicen que no es necesario discrepo también.

Buenos dias. Como ya le informamos. No había nada adjunto en su pedido que indicase como realizar las alfombrillas. Por mucho que se nos mande por whatsapp no podemos luego emparejarlo si no se adjunta correctamente. El tema de vender la pareja ya es politica nuestra de empresa (por temas de producción se corta de 2 en 2). Siempre estamos dispuestos a asumir cualquier problema generado por nuestra culpa, si el problema es externo a nosotros no tenemos nada que hacer. Un saludo
