Catálogo de productos muy amplio, con precio muy, muy competitivo
El envío sin problemas, incluso anticipándose a lo previsto inicialmente
Atención al cliente en realidad no he necesitado, pero si las cosas se hacen bien de partida, me puedo imaginar que la atención, de necesitarla, también será buena

El funcionamiento es muy fluido, y las características técnicas, las de la ficha de producto, bastante completo.
El color blanco, con el frente plateado, queda muy bien en el dormitorio, y el tamaño también es perfecto, al menos en mi caso.

La placa de inducción que compré hace 5 meses está defectuosa. Se apaga cuando quiere, pero no me la reemplazan por otra por que no está embalada.
Por favor, me pueden explicar cómo voy a saber si mi electrodoméstico funciona ó no si no lo pruebo?
Agradecería una solución que me permita utilizar mi cocina.

Indicarle que no podemos recoger un artículo instalado y utilizado después de 4 meses, puesto que no se encuentra en las mismas condiciones en las que se entregó. Es aquí cuando se debe usar la garantía oficial del fabricante. El fabricante es el que le debe dar la mejor solución.
Si usted considera que el artículo no funciona correctamente debe contactar de nuevo con el servicio técnico pero si el técnico ve que no es un defecto y es un mal uso pueden cobrarle la visita.
Hay ocasiones en las que sucede que al utilizar cazuelas o sartenes que no tienen suficiente material ferromagnético la placa no lo detecte al 100% y se apague. Por favor intente ir probando con otro menaje para ver si es así, ya que aunque ponga que son válidos para inducción no quiere decir que vayan a funcionar de manera óptima debido a lo que le comento.

Después de contratar un servicio premium para que me instalasen la placa y el horno, resulta que la instalación que incluía ese servicio era únicamente la de microondas y frigoríficos.
Contraté un instalador particular, y a los 3 meses la placa empezó a fallar. Por lo visto las placas de inducción se apagan a su antojo, dejándote la comida a medio hacer(eso me hizo saber el representante del servicio técnico)
Me puse en contacto con el servicio oficial de Beko y, a pesar de tener sólo 4 meses y ofrecer 5 años de garantía, no me reemplazan el electrodoméstico y, si viene por segunda vez el técnico y no coincide que mi placa se apaga, mi obligación es pagar al señor y quedarme con la cocina rota.

Todo el proceso fue correcto!
Comencé pidiendo confirmación de unas características del termo por e-mail y fue solventado rápidamente.
El envío tardó unos días, como vienen reflejado en la web al realizar la compra, tal cual.
Producto en perfecto estado y al mejor precio tras rastrear ampliamente las ofertas de diferentes webs.

Por ahora, pocas semanas de uso, aún sin comprobar la repercusión en el consumo eléctrico.
El termo es muy recogido de tamaño y tienes bastantes opciones de funcionamiento para facilitar el ahorro energético.

Una auntentica verguenza. Los elegi por la aplicacion de comparativa de precios (idealo) en el cual ponian 24/48h los envios, tardaron 7 dias y porque estuve luchando dia a dia con ellos al ver no me enviaban nada referente al envio y seguimiento de mi pedido. Un descontrol auntentico entre la tienda fisica y el almacen (web). No cogian telefono, no contestaban correos, se pasaban la bola unos a otros, nadie sabia nada. Un desastre que consegui solucionar. Primera y ultima en esta web.
